Overview

“Trust is the ultimate human currency. It’s earned in drops, lost in buckets.” – Bill McDermott

Building rapport is integral to a positive working relationship as it allows you to connect on a personal level and shows mutual respect. It is about understanding and appreciating each other’s similarities and differences. The goal of this session is to help you communicate your background, interests, and work style to set the stage for a positive working relationship.

Instructions

Dabra will auto-populate recommended questions that target your personal and professional background as well as working style. You may add other discussion topics that are relevant to your working relationship. As you discuss each question, feel free to check the box and capture important information about your peer in the notes section of Dabra. If the conversation is so engaging that you run out of time, you can choose to revisit this topic in a future meeting.
